Demo shop. This privacy notice describes, by way of example, how data is handled in this go~mus demo shop.

Processing for ticket purchases

To process an order we handle the data you enter during checkout (name, e-mail address) and the order data. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment is handled by the respective payment provider; the data required for payment is transmitted to them.

Local browser storage (localStorage)

The shop uses two strictly necessary localStorage entries in your browser. They are required to run the cart and the session, are not used for tracking, and are not shared with third parties for advertising:

• go-cart — stores your cart contents so they persist across pages.
• go-auth — stores a temporary session token for the order and payment flow (including guest checkout).

The booking and checkout functionality is provided through the go~mus platform of Giant Monkey GmbH as a data processor.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact datenschutz@giantmonkey.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
